SNORLAX PROSPECT | RUSK COUNTY, TEXAS
5.1 BCF / 800+ BCF UPSIDE | FUNDING $650,000 GG&L CAPEX AND RECOMPLETION
Snorlax Prospect seeks to economically and successfully test the Rodessa Gloyd oolitic grainstone facies and provide a high-graded support case for the ratio method petrophysical evaluation technique used in identifying low-resistivity and traditionally interpreted high water cut wells capable of producing water free hydrocarbons. To accomplish the above objective through the acquisition and recompletion of an identified high-graded orphan well in Rusk County, Texas. This target well is in the thickest and best developed section of the Rodessa Gloyd facies in the prospect area and offers the opportunity to test the formation at much less cost than drilling a new, exploratory well.

GODZILLA PROSPECT | REFUGIO COUNTY, TEXAS
1.3 MMBO / 1.0 BCF | FUNDING $450,000 GG&L CAPEX
Frio Godzilla prospect features an amplitude defined stratigraphic interval offsetting substantial production from the same interval. The target is a series of undrilled independent amplitudes of various sizes in the system. This opportunity provides shallow, normally pressured, depths and expected low drilling costs. With nearby analogous production, risk could be moderated. This prospect produces mainly oil with some associated gas and offers easy access to pipeline infrastructure. The amount of gas produced should be enough to provide good lift to the oil reserves possibly limiting the need for additional lifting costs.

GHIDORAH PROSPECT | DEWITT COUNTY, TEXAS
1.8 MMBO / 1.2 BCF | FUNDING $420,000 GG&L CAPEX
Well defined amplitude event on a 130 acre, fault controlled, 3-way structure at the top of the Wilcox. Prospect is located approximately 5 miles from the prolific Helen Gohlke Field which targets the same Wilcox A-1 interval. The prospect is immediately updip from a well with 31 feet of oil shows in the Wilcox A-1.

MOTHRA PROSPECT | DEWITT COUNTY, TEXAS
1.3 MMBO / 0.9 BCF | FUNDING $450,000 GG&L CAPEX
Well defined amplitude event on a 130 acre 4-way structure at the top of the Wilcox. Prospect is located approximately 3 miles from the prolific Helen Gohlke Field which targets the same Wilcox A-1 interval. Two non-productive wells drilled off the flanks of the structure proved thick sand bodies in place, but the wells did not test the amplitude anomaly which is local to the peak of the structure.

GRAHAM CRACKER PROSPECT | YOUNG COUNTY, TEXAS
4+ MMBO / 20+ BCF | FUNDING $2.08MM GG&L CAPEX AND PRODUCTION ACQUISITION
Laramide Energy offers the Graham Cracker Prospect with the goal of acquiring approximately 2,000 producing and non-producing acres in Young County, Texas. Key properties overlie a well-controlled structural horizontal exploitation target with significant potential upside. The structure yields production from the Caddo, Marble Falls, and lower Mississippian targets at or near 3,500-5,000’. The horizontal targets on structure have lower water yields than in basinward wells which will help to improve recovery economics. Water cuts have been calculated as averaging approximately 2.1 barrels of water per barrel of oil. Basinward analogs produce as high as 10:1. Two noteworthy analog horizontal Caddo discoveries are included representing over 4.6 MMBO and 18.5 BCF of recovered reserves.
